Stangenes Industries, Inc. Announces the Formation of MK Magnetics, Inc.

April 2003 – Stangenes Industries announces the formation of MK Magnetics, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary based in Adelanto, California. MK Magnetics offers a complete line of tape-wound soft magnetic cores manufactured from a broad range of materials, including grain-oriented silicon steels, 50% and 80% nickel alloys, amorphous material, cobalt alloys, and the newest, next-generation material – nanocrystalline.
